Content removal and copyright

CharacterAI NSFW publishes written reviews, scores and screenshots of platforms operated by other companies. The screenshots are taken from pages those platforms serve publicly, and each one is published to support a specific statement in the text.

We produce no sexually explicit material of our own, we host no user uploads, and there is no way for a visitor to publish anything here. Everything on the site was written or captured by the editorial team.

Write to contact@characterainsfw.ai with the subject line Content removal. We read every one of these and answer within five working days.

Tell us, in whatever words you have:

• the URL of the page on this site, and which image or passage it is;
• what the problem is: copyright, a likeness used without permission, a person who did not consent, or a factual error;
• who you are and on whose behalf you are writing;
• any proof you hold, if the claim is about ownership or identity.

A claim about a person depicted without consent is treated as urgent and the material comes down while we look into it, rather than after. We do not require a formal notice, a lawyer, or a particular legal form for that.

For a copyright claim under the DMCA, send the same address a notice identifying the work, the URL where it appears here, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, a statement that the notice is accurate, and your signature, electronic or otherwise.

We will also consider a counter-notice from anyone whose material we removed, on the same terms.
